Are there any pet restrictions? 

Two dogs, or two cats, or one dog and one cat are permitted. 

No dogs over 90lbs and no aggressive breeds are permitted (defined in the Declaration). No more than two budgies, two canaries or two parrots.  

 

Are there any occupancy restrictions? 

No room can be made into a bedroom that was not originally designed as one. Two adults or two children are permitted per bedroom, or one student.  

 

Are there any leasing restrictions? 

No short-term leases are permitted; no rooming houses.  

 

What are the parking rules for residents? 

There are deeded parking spots (outdoor parking). There are four additional rental parking spots.  

 

What are the parking rules for visitors? 

There is outdoor visitor parking.  

 

Are there restrictions regarding changes to the common elements? 

Any changes to the exclusive use common elements must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to the commencement of any work.  

 

Is there sub-metering of utilities? 

No. 

 

Are there any unusual maintenance items? 

Residents must clear the snow from their back patios.  

 

Are there any bulk utilities included in the common expenses? 

No. 

 

Is there private waste pickup? 

Acorn Waste removes the waste.
